Photography: Past and Future – Collections and Ideas conference aims to bring together curators, practitioners, historians and all people interested in the art of photography to discuss the past and future.
The speakers, including Martin Barnes, David Campany, Geoff Dyer and Tom Hunter, will cover subjects ranging from 20th Century Russian architecture and iconic American photography to Josef Sudek, Eve Arnold and 21st century photography by Adam Broomberg and Oliver Chanarin. The afternoon will finish with audience participating in question and answer panel discussion, chaired by Mark Haworth-Booth, on the future of photography, and digital accessibility.
The conference is free. Lunch will be provided.
