Anyone researching Beard's licences in the 1840s

Has anyone done any further research into the licences granted by Beard to daguerreotypists since the publication of Bernard and Pauline Heathcote's excellent book "A Faithful Likeness". I'm keen to find any information which might help me to identify Heeley who was a Beard Licencee in Cambridge in 1844. Many thanks. Les Waters [e-mail]
