Information and discussion on all aspects of British photographic history
Hello - I have several pages of images from south wales including these marvellous images of Crumlin Viaduct under construction.
It was completed in 1855 so these are early stereoviews of engineering works. I also think the central figure in bottom left image could be Thomas William Kennard, the architect of works. These images are part of our London Stereoscopic Company holdings and may be by William England. Does any-one have any information for or against this hypothesis. Or just any information...
