Daguerreotype and Ambrotype case restoration

Hello,

Please can someone tell me where I can buy the type of paper that was used to cover a daguerreotype or ambrotype case? I only require a maroon coloured postcard sized piece if someone could sell me some. I want to mend the hinges on three cases.
