Information and discussion on all aspects of British photographic history
I have a query. photoLondon shows a Henry George Mason as having a studio at 145 Hammersmith Road, Hammersmith (1890 – 1891).
Successors to J Malins; succeeded by Hampton & Co.
Mr Mason seems to have been a Schoolmaster all his working life and lived in Islington, Tottenham and Walthamstow. I can find no other references that connect him to photography and wonder why he is shown as having a studio?
If anybody has any answers, I would be grateful.
