Information and discussion on all aspects of British photographic history
I wonder if anybody has heard of William M Emmett (born 1871 in Leytonstone, Essex)? He is shown as a Journalistic/Newspaper Photographer in 1901 in Lewisham and as a Photographer in 1911 in Catford.
I think his mother was Laura (born 1841 in Pimlico, London) - can't find his father. He seems to have four sisters: Laura S (born1873 in Poplar, London) and Sophie E (born1875 in Dulwich, London) who were Authors and Editors, Annie (born1879 in Hampstead, London) who was an Artist, and Kathleen (born1874 in St John's Wood, London).
Any help or leads appreciated.
