Share 'Houghton Ensign Half Plate Camera'

On it’s way to me is a Houghton Ensign Timber and brass hall plate camera. It was sold by Harrington’s in Australia . I am keen to get more information about this marque and type. I have found some links already. Been thinking about a wooden tripod to suit but very expensive it seems. Hoping for information about the camera etc.
