(244 x 314 mm), 1851c/1851c, unmounted. #13152.A wealthy youn American, Greene (1832-1856) was only 19 when he took his first test photographs with his master Gustave Le Gray on the roof or balcony of his apartment building in Paris. This negative is one of those tests. Provenance: from the Andre Jammes collection.
