  • Hi terry and gene.yes the Autotype transfer press soon after I joined the Bromoil Circle of Great Britan I enquired how I might obtain a bromoil press I was told you need to get your name down on the waiting list before your born !
    I'm demostrating the Oleobrom process in Paris Eurobrom in june having lots of fun ! trying to find a paper that still works trying ADOX matt at the momment.kirk
  • I went to see a man in Yoxford about ten years ago,(his Elizabethan house is illustrated in the Suffolk Shell Guide). He told me that he had worked with Kuhn. He had an unopened Sinclair bromoil transfer press on his darkroom floor. Russ Young mentions him in his thesis on soft focus lenses.
