Salt print from collodion negative, 7-3/8 x 6-1/8 in. (187 x 156 mm), 1855/1855, on original lithographed mount. #209. On original mount with separate printed title page with full details on the taking of this photograph. From "The Photographic Album for the Year 1855". There are less than 10 known copies of this image (the rest mostly in institutions); and the present copy is the only currently known version printed in salt rather than albumen.
