Anne Lyden is to give a talk at 1400 on 12 April 2014 at the National Media Museum, Bradford. She will be talking about Frederick Evans.

Lyden is the newly appointed International Photography Curator of the National Galleries of Scotland (see: http://britishphotohistory.ning.com/profiles/blogs/annie-lyden-appo...) and is responsible for some 34,000 images She is also the author of books on Evans, Strand and Hill and Adamson plus “Photography, Travel and Perception” (2003) and “A Royal Passion.  Queen Victoria and Photography” (2014), an exhibition on which opens at the Getty, Los Angeles this year.
