The collection’s strengths lie in its extensiveness of photobooks from around the world, with a focus on documentary photography and propaganda materials. It includes key works by renowned photographers, alongside self-published amateur work and mass-produced commercial books. The collection is now available to search online and in person in the Tate's reading rooms.
