Background on Friends of Millbank (FOM)
We are a group of like-minded people who are concerned to maintain an awareness of the history and heritage of the former Royal Army Medical College now the site of the Chelsea College of Art and Design and the adjacent Queen Alexandra's Hospital now used by the Tate. As you may know the site in the 19th centaury was Millbank penitentiary.
