Cecil Beaton: Theatre of War follows Beaton on his travels during the Second World War as he documented the impact of war on people and places in his own unique style. He was one of the most prolific photographers of the Second World War – this exhibition presents over 250 of his rarely seen wartime photographs alongside his personal diaries, drawings and work in film.
He continued to work for the Ministry of Information until early 1945 – explore the lasting impact of the war on his life and career.
