For the first time in over a decade five floors of the City Art Centre will be devoted to a display from the City's art collection. Spanning over 400 years of work, a great many of Scotland's leading artists will feature in this multi-disciplinary exhibition. The scale of the display presents a unique opportunity to show some recent acquisitions or little-known works amongst our well-loved favourites, and offers a rare chance to see an overview of Scottish art.
The City Art Centre has one of the best collections of Scottish art, including paintings, watercolours, drawings, prints, photographs, sculpture and installation art, dating from the 17th century to the present day.
