Comment by Paul Lipscombe on February 3, 2023 at 11:17: For the rapid production of postcards, especially of newsworthy events, several cameras were made in the now defunct 'postcard' format. The negative could then be contact printed onto photographic paper with a pre-printed postcard printed backing. One such camera was manufactured in the range of Soho Reflex models. I own one of these but have adapted it to use modern film.

Comment by Paul Lipscombe on January 30, 2023 at 9:18: Potentially a very diverse area which crosses a range of my interests and I have a few items of interest to share. One of the photographic facebook groups dealing with historic images has addressed this area previously a couple of years ago and turned up some interesting material.
