I have collected CDVs of over 300 studios in London & SE England. Its the studios and photographers that I look for. I am in constant hope of finding CDVs from my families studios in London. They could date from 1860 or earlier to 1896 when they moved to Clacton-on-Sea. CDVs are a brilliant source of Social History and a sometimes entertaining insight into fashion and characters.
