Blake and Edgar of Bedford

I am trying to identify the photographer responsible for a group of pictures in an album dating to the 1860s. They are Exterior and interior views of Russborough House in Ireland. They are likely to have been made by Blake and Edgar of 32 Midland Rd. Bedford as a series of the same images exists in a much smaller format which bears their stamp. They may only be reduced copies made by B&E and the large 10X12 inch prints and album are not identified in any way.

Frank Browne, Life Through the Lens Exhibition

The exhibition will be on show at the Titanic Centre, Belfast from now until the 31st March. Admission is free. Anyone visiting Northern Ireland should take the opportunity to see it. Crowds at Farmleigh were so large that the doors had to be closed on occasions.

Exhibition and Publication: Frank Browne SJ

This month has seen the fruition of a twenty-five year project for my son Edwin and myself.
