Information and discussion on all aspects of British photographic history
I'm trying to track down the exact wording of a notice by Fox Talbot, posted to the Times on 13 August 1852. It was a notice waiving the need for a license for amateur photographers in the UK. I've tried contacting the Times, but they directed me to an archive that only goes back to 1900.
Any help much appreciated.
