Any suggestions?
I have seen the patent papers in Melbourne (Vic) of 1878 and it is listed as a 'photographic process' no further details.
I suspect that it was a business limiter with no real existence!!
Many thank

In the same genre are there any texts that have detailed obscure photographic processes - I don't mean using Dektol!!? Again, I have come across Lambertype, Chromotype, Contretype listed on the back of a Carte de Visite. I seem to remember the BJP used to be littered with odd 'patents?' that inventors had sent in - with the editorial comment "We have yet to see the results or details of this process that would substantiate its claims!"
