6-Lens Sliding Box Wet Plate Camera

I recently became a member and posted photos of my 6-Lens sliding box wet plate camera.  I believe it's English, but there is no maker's name on the camera body or lenses.  I would appreciate feedback on a possible maker and the camera's vintage.  Thank you!
