I am looking for biographic information about the photographer Horatio Agius (1840-january 1910) who had worked in Malta around 1858 to c.1868, exhibition of London 1866.
Sources : "Collection Bonnemaison : panoramas",1989. - http://ca.geocities.com/glendon2@rogers.com/photographers.html#agius

Horatio Agius was active between 1870 and 1910 in Malta, doing mainly views of Malta and portraiture. His studio addresses are well documented. Any further information in detail you require, please do contact me.
I can refer you to a publication by Prof Maragret Harker Farrand (FPM) - 'Photographers of Malta' in which there is a good page of text on Horatio Agius.
It could interest you to know that i am researching the Richard Ellis archives in Malta which contain several H.Agius collodian glass plates. I am also interested to see what images you have on yr side. Is this possible.
