I was the Curator of the RPS until 2001 when the RPS Collection was sold to the National Media Museum in Bradford. It is now at the V&A so much easier for you to see. I saw an early prototype of Bertrand & Jean-Paul's recreated Autochrome in Paris some years ago but, alas, not recently.
