      Dear Richard in the video I used Protosulphate of iron; it is far less susceptible to contamination and although it does not give such a dense image it can be strengthen afterwords by using a physical developer after it has been fixed (ie., the basic Kodak intensifier containing silver nitrate) I did not use this in the demonstration as it was not necessary to make a dense negative (otherwise it would have looked on the video like a black rectangle)
