As a further photographic aside: in relation to sunken ships - is the name Innes McCartney familiar? He is a Film Producer/Diver I have been in contact with in relation to my researches of Admiral Sir Robert K. Arbuthnot (Bart) whose ship sank at the battle of Jutland in 1916 (I have been helping Sir William and RKA's Grandson (75) to document his life). Innes has in recent years found RKA's ship 'Defence' and produced a documentary which has been broadcast - together with several of his other excellent documentaries about the histories of other sunken ships - recently televised. He may be a useful contact for you........ ?
Welcome to BPH! As a Researcher of biographies and books documentaries about pre war motor racing (my old friend won the first Grand Prix for Ferrari in 1936), I have been helping for many years Sir William and the Grandson (75) of Adm. Sir R.K Arbuthnot ....... and a Diver contact has recently found his ship which was sunk at the Battle of Jutland (did you see the TV documentary?) - which may be of interest.
