Dear Donald, Thank you for thinking of us. I'm sorry I've been very quiet lately - it has been a busy semester. I did hear with a great deal of envy how wonderful the trip to Paris was. A trip specifically oriented toward 20th century would be quite fantastic. The thing that has prevented us from traveling so far is of course cost. In the coming years it will be even more of an issue I'm afraid. But I'd love to hear any proposals. A quicker response from me would be forthcoming from my work email... kewilder@dmu.ac.uk... but I will be out of town for 2 days so will answer next week. Best WIshes, Kelley
Hello Donald, Nice to hear from you. Yes I think we did meet. For the part time curriculum, you would need to be here once a week during term time, for a full day. We are trying very hard to organize it so even people from a distance can take part. Many of our days include visits to archives, although many of them are near us, or in London. We do spend a week in Bradford. Much of our content is delivered on a wiki, but the face to face meetings and workshops are critical to the learning process (as you will no doubt agree). One of our full time students comes quite a distance and has taken a room here. He stays 3 days of the week and goes home on weekends. That is also possible. Please do grill Michael when you see him at the weekend, and if you have any more questions, don't hesitate to ask. Best wishes, Kelley
