Sotheby’s Institute of Art, London, is currently seeking a freelance consultant lecturer for the MA in Photography (Historical and Contemporary). The Programme Director is Dr Juliet Hacking. The consultant lecturer will take on the role of Programme Unit Leader and lead tutor for ‘Contemporary Photography, 1968 until now’, a 30 credit unit, for the academic year 2015-16. The teaching will take place one day per week in Semesters One and Two (with occasion commitments on other days). The successful candidate will be paid according to a day rate, with a contract specifying the total number of days to be worked. Applicants must have a PhD in a relevant field and the ability to work in the UK.
