Over 530 pamphlets, handbooks and trade catalogues relating to photography dating from 1839-c.1907 bound into volumes by the Royal Photographic Society as part of their Library and now in the collection of the National Art Library at the V&A Museum, London have been digitised and are available online here: https://archive.org/details/national-art-library-rps-bound-pamphlets .

Fabulous resource. I located a copy of Abney's translation of JM Eder's "The chemical effects of the spectrum" for research on early colour photography.
This is a very useful collection, especially as it is on line for us Northerners!
