The second and final phase of the V&A's Photography Centre is now complete and ready for its public unveiling on Thursday, 25 May 2023, At an opening event this evening V&A Director Tristram Hunt and the leading curator Marta Weiss explained the thinking behind the Centre and acknowledged the support of donors and photographers.
Below are a few photographs of the new spaces that compliment and extend the existing galleries.

Thanks! Yes, a return visit or two is definitely call for,
Early days, but a little underwhelmed by the opening exhibits. Lovely big space, so can only get better! Will report back when next visit as we go to the V&A quite a lot.
