The National Gallery of Art’s web feature for the exhibition Captain Linnaeus Tripe: Photographer of India and Burma, 1852-1860 aims to preserve the exhibition as an online resource for the artist and includes additional material on the photographic practices of Tripe and his contemporaries.

The exhibition opens at the Victoria and Albert Museum on 24 June and runs until 11 October.
