Cyanotype print, 10-3/4 x 7-7/8 in. (273 x 200 mm), 1855c/1855c, unmounted. #91. Titled in "negative". This print came from a group of similar prints from an album currently referred to as the Hatton Fern Album. The authorship is still somewhat uncertain, but the handwriting on the prints matches the handwriting on some of the earlier Anna Atkins' studies of algae. It doesn't match those of other ferns studies that have been attributed to Atkins, but those were clearly titled in the hand of Anne Dixon, her close friend.
