1862 Exhibition , No 249 The Nave from Western Dome , No 4

Stereo view from the series of the 1862 Exhibition by London Stereoscopic Company . There appears to be a camera in view - can anyone provide any information about it . The negatives i have seen are double on one sheet of glass which may explain the depth of the camera . Any information about it would be appreciated
