Photographic Society of Ireland ?

In the collection of images from the P.S.I that have come into my possesion. This image was seperated from them.. And I have had to buy it back to keep the collection together. It looks to me as a re-copy from the 1950/60's as many in this collection are. I am wondering if this is showing P.S.I photographers group ?
