This is a picture of my ancestor William Innes born 1822 and died 1890. Is it possible that this was made on plaster.Was this a specialized field and what kind of studio would have prepared it.William was a farmer by profession and lived his life on the family farm in Glenlivet, Banff.I do have other pictures to post and in one of them it is mentioned that the picture was taken by J.S.Gordon in Aberdeen
