Born 1806 in Shipton Moyne, Gloucestershire.Won the title of "Champion Shepherd" to Queen Victoria.Fourteen children - born in various villages all over the Cotswolds.

i love these pictures set in the 19th century,fact these people lived and had such varied lives is fascinating to me,he was a randy old bugger wasnt he 14 kids!!
