Greetings again from Montreal, Ian -- thought I'd correct my mistake -- Helen's Island should , of course, read Ellen's Island. In fact were I'm sending this from The Atwater Library { I'm volunteer curator here of historical collections } and the volunteer in our computer room is a woman from Scotland named Ellen.

Landscapes never much interested me -- Alex Henderson of Montreal was an exception -- until I saw a stereo of Helen's Island by GWW -- the composition made yours truly a believer in poetic landscapes. Best, Ed
